About: We provide personalized, individualized, one-on-one tutoring services for high school, college, and grad school students. Our offerings in test prep include: SAT, ACT, AP, and IB. Our subjects include: chemistry (general chem, organic, biochem), physics (mechanics, E&M, quantum, statistical), math (algebra, geometry, precalculus, calculus, linear algebra, statistics), and humanities. We customize our lessons to fit the needs of each student, and not just the subject matter, but the whole student, including study skills, test taking strategies, problem solving mantras, and organization. But, above all, our priority is our students, and every decision that we make as educators is driven by that priority in order to provide our students with the best opportunity for success. Established in 2011. Formerly Quantum Tutoring. Our company was founded in response to a growing need to help a constantly changing demographic of student, struggling to find academic success. As a public school teacher and university teaching fellow, our founder developed a teaching philosophy that is strongly rooted in helping the student as a whole person, and not simply “cover the material” presented in a traditional class. Too often, teachers are overwhelmed with large classes and extensive administrative demands. We decided to focus solely on one student at a time, the one in our classroom. Our philosophy focuses on giving our students the skills needed to succeed both in their clases, entrance exams, and future academic endeavors. We make sure that the material is presented in a way that is clear, concise, and personally identifiable with each student. It is our firm hope that each student will leave our classes feeling confident and empowered to succeed at whatever assignment they encounter.

About: A child learns by building on the skills that they have mastered. It is important to know what stage a child is in for each area of development and what they should be able to do next developmentally. Each child is unique and should never be compared to another child. All activities should be designed to promote development in all areas of development. Speech, gross and fine motor, social/emotional development, as well as Cognition and Self Help Skills are all important areas of development to constantly be building on. I work with children between the ages of 2 months and 3 years because I want to specialize in Infant/ Toddler Development. The child’s brain is learning everything and being completely formed by the age of three years old. It is so vital that a child learns to trust his environment and that his needs will be met. In very young children self help skills include hand washing, tooth brushing, beginning to learn simple dressing skills such as putting on and taking off their shirt. Problem solving is mastered through play such as cause/effect toys where a child learns that if they do one thing it will make something else happen. They master puzzles and shape sorters, blocks, and other toys all age appropriate for their ages and skill levels. Pro-Social activities and play will be encouraged throughout the day. Sharing with friends will be encouraged while a child learns a healthy concept of “mine and “me”. Established in 2019. I earned my BA in Early Childhood Education from Salem State University and I’ve been working with young children ever since. Over the course of my career I have been an Educator, operating my own Family Child Care program in California when my children were younger. I then spent over a decade as a Developmental Specialist working in Early Intervention to help young children and families.

I had been working at a laptop, college-preparatory school in NH for almost three years as a teacher of language arts, special education and ESL- US history. I love I loved teaching & creating new programs.I especially enjoyed my international students in my dorm, on my ski team or yoga class. We learned so much from each other-and many keep in touch today. I found ways to reach them in meaningful ways while really using the English skills they needed, but were often too nervous to absorb-so while unorthodox at times-they quickly realized this method and strategy allowed them to enjoy learning, use the language in natural ways, and they were comfortable therefore took more risks. Teaching online was a natural choice when I wanted to expand on after school-summer tutoring. I specialized in tech integration, wrote curriculum & had built a company website back in 1995. So creating Test Prep and Tutoring for teaching English online for ESL/ELL was a blast! Launched 2004. Revamping site.
